This Shipping Policy applies to physical products purchased from Aesthetics Clinical Standards (“ACS”).

Physical products

Where physical products are available for purchase, the delivery options and any applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout before you complete your order.

We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe where applicable. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure that the delivery address supplied with your order is complete and accurate.

Digital products

Digital downloads and other digital content are supplied electronically and are not subject to physical shipping charges.

The method of digital delivery will be shown or confirmed as part of the purchasing process.

Consultancy services

ACS consultancy services are not physical products and therefore do not incur shipping charges.

Any arrangements for an on-site consultancy visit, including location or any specifically agreed travel arrangements, will be confirmed separately as part of the consultancy engagement.
